ABLE SERVICES, INC. is a licensed and registered professional cleaning and manpower services company, which has already been in the business for more than a decade. It was established in March 1992 to answer the cleaning and maintenance concerns of a growing Cebu. Over the years, we have gained a reputation for being able to meet the high standards of our clients. Our success in Cebu has emboldened us to expand our operations to major cities in the Visayas, Mindanao and in Metro Manila. This success has also encouraged us to offer manpower outsourcing services to complement our core competency of being a janitorial services provider. This service offering provides for the provision of skilled manpower that includes the following: sales personnel, clerical and office staff, encoders, factory production workers, nurses, money sorters, food services crew, loaders, promodisers, messengers, drivers, waiters, busboys, dishwashers, cooks and the like. Recently, we also ventured into Technical Services which offers such scope as painting, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration and air-conditioning, plumbing and the like.
Claims for excellence in service are supported by our long list of clientele who are known to require high standards from their contractors like Malls- Ayala Center Cebu, SM CITY Iloilo, Gaisano Bacolod Mall; Resorts/Hotels/Casinos – Shangri-La's Mactan Island Resort and Spa, Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Casino Filipino Mactan & Bacolod, City Sports Club Cebu, Casino Espanol; Factories/Plants - Fairchild Semiconductors, CELESTICA Philippines, Cebu Micro Electronics, Blaze Manufacturing; Hospital – Chong-Hua Hospital; Schools – Paref-Springdale; 6) Media Facility - ABS-CBN. For Manpower Services we have the following accounts namely Philippine Pizza Corporation (Pizza Hut), Equitable PCI Bank, UNIVERSAL Robina Corporation, ABS CBN Broadcasting Corporation, Phoenix Publishing Inc., Pacific Aero, Symbol Arts, Chowking, Sunburst Restaurants among others. For Technical Services we are currently serving Shangrila's Mactan Island Resort and Spa, among others.
Our ability to achieve and maintain high standards can be attributed to our complete organizational set-up, emphasis on good training and belief in the importance of supervision. Professional managers head our different departments (Marketing, Operations, HRD, and Accounting). To ensure good training, a training room with complete training videotapes from the U.S. has been set-up. Able Services is also a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) , a respected organization in the U.S.A. which provides its members with the latest updates in housekeeping trends and innovations. During training, our trainer emphasizes to the people the importance of professionalism in their jobs.
ABLE SERVICES believes that people are its best assets. Management takes time to hold outings and other team building activities. Contests are also conducted based on performance to spur productivity.
Being a dynamic company, the owners of Able Services have ventured into other businesses. It has put up Cleaning Solutions, Inc.(CSI) , a one-stop shop for housekeeping supplies and equipment . CSI distributes housekeeping products of Klenco, 3M, SC Johnson as well as the distributorship of products from Rubbermaid, KARCHER, well-known manufacturers of housekeeping products. In 1999, Cebu Solid Waste Management, Inc. (CSWMI) was formed to answer the garbage collection and disposal needs of a growing Cebu.
It has also ventured into the food business by putting up Kaona Grill and Sizzlers, Gramby Foods and Archangel Foods . Archangel Foods and Gramby Foods own and operate outlets of Sunburst Fried Chicken, a popular fine-dining chicken restaurant in Visayas and Mindanao.
